TimeInvoicer is an app for Android and iOS that helps users turn calendar appointments, contacts and service information into invoice-related documents. The app is intended as a practical administrative tool for self-employed people and professional users.
For healthcare-related professions, TimeInvoicer may help record billing codes and document information for administrative purposes. It does not make medical decisions, does not provide treatment recommendations and is not a medical device.
You are responsible for checking all documents, invoices, fee notes, amounts, tax settings, billing codes, client information and exported files before using, sending, printing or submitting them.
TimeInvoicer can simplify workflows, but it cannot replace your professional judgement or your duty to comply with the rules that apply to your work, profession, country, customers and clients.
The app, this website and all generated outputs are provided as software tools. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, medical, therapeutic, psychological or other professional advice.
If you are unsure whether a document, code, amount, tax rule or workflow is correct, please check with a qualified professional before using it.
Subject to these terms, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use TimeInvoicer on your own devices. This expressly includes use for professional and commercial purposes within your own practice or business — that is what the app is built for. You may not resell, sublicense, rent out, reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app itself except where mandatory law permits it. Using the app to invoice your own clients is of course unrestricted.
We may improve, modify, limit, suspend or discontinue features when needed, for example for security, compatibility, maintenance, legal compliance or product development. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability, a specific feature set or permanent compatibility with every device or operating system version. Supported versions are listed on the App Store and Google Play.
TimeInvoicer offers a permanently free Starter tier as well as paid tiers sold as auto-renewing subscriptions. The price, billing period and scope shown in the App Store, in Google Play or in the app immediately before purchase are decisive. Prices may vary by country, taxes, platform rules and promotions.
Introductory and promotional prices apply only for the stated period. After that, the subscription renews at the regular price unless cancelled in time. The applicable follow-on price is shown before purchase.
Contracts are concluded and payments are processed exclusively through the respective app store (Apple or Google) under its payment terms. We never receive your payment details; the store issues receipts and invoices.
Renewal and cancellation: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel directly in your store settings — on iOS under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, on Android under Google Play → Payments and subscriptions. After cancellation the paid scope remains available until the end of the period; the app then continues in the free Starter tier and your local data stays on the device.
Refunds and withdrawal: because the contract is concluded through the store, refunds and any statutory right of withdrawal must be claimed there — with Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com, with Google via Google Play support. Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
TimeInvoicer is designed with local-first data handling. You remain responsible for exporting, archiving and backing up documents and business records where legally or professionally required.
Please remember that uninstalling the app, deleting files or changing device storage can remove data. Keep your own secure backups of documents you need to retain.
TimeInvoicer is provided with care, but software can contain errors and depends on device settings, operating system behaviour, calendar/contact providers and user input.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability for ordinary negligence, indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit, business interruption, incorrect submissions, missed deadlines and data loss is excluded. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded, in particular in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer protection rights.
TimeInvoicer may link to or interact with third-party services such as Google Play, Android system apps, calendars, contacts, file providers, email apps or cloud storage selected by the user. These services are operated by their respective providers and may have their own terms and privacy rules.
Please use TimeInvoicer lawfully and respectfully. Do not use it to create misleading, unlawful, fraudulent or abusive documents, or to interfere with the app, website or other users.
Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
We may update these terms when legal, technical or product changes make this necessary. The version published on this website applies. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.
If something does not work as expected, please contact us. Many issues can be clarified quickly and constructively before they become a formal dispute.
